When Metaphysical Man arrives on the scene he finds a torn black leather wristband engraved with a flaming skull, evidence that one of his arch enemies The Dark Rebel is the source of the commotion. Double M grabs a fleeing policeman by the collar and begins questioning him. “His men have taken over a glass factory a few weeks ago and appear to have been manufacturing something,” panted the terrified officer. “When the Atro City Police Department became aware of the takeover they sent in a SWAT team to retake the factory and arrest the rebels. Instead of retreating however the entire gang mounted their bikes suddenly and began a frontal attack with heavy artillery.”
