9 Years

I’m sitting in the break room of the summer camp I work with. All our campers are asleep and soon I will need to head to the showers. I currently smell mostly of campfire smoke. It’s a nice smell, but I’m looking forward to getting rid of it.

My only regret for today is that I am not with my wife. Nine years ago we were wed. I love her even more now.

Thank you, Rika, for so much.
