Most of the last two days I’ve had a low key migraine going on. Almost low enough where I feel a little bad calling it a migraine. I was able to work, move about, etc.
It’s pretty much faded away by this point. Now I just need to figure out what might have helped. The painkillers? Stretching? Walking? Maybe even smelling eucalyptus helped a bit. Some combination of the above. It’s a mystery.
Right now, I am sitting with my feet up, cradling my infant daughter as she drifts into a deep enough sleep so that I can place her in bed without her waking up.
I’ve been back at work this week, and while it has been nice, I’ve missed holding my little girl. This might be the best medicine.
